When peeling vegetables, the peels get over the kitchen countertop or the cutting board. Then awkwardly grab them and toss them into the trash.
There are two ways to make this process easier and require minimal effort.
-
Rip open the vegetable bag and use this to discard all the peels when done.
-
Use a plate or something else that is wide and flat, preferably a dirty one since it needs to be washed anyway, and use it for the scraps.
If you garden, know anyone that gardens or local composting is an option for you, definitely save the peels for it.
